Today I have a deliciously easy, smooth, creamy pumpkin spice protein shake for you. I have also used this in place of fat bombs since it has a good bit of fat. Please note this recipe makes two shakes the above size so if you’re not sharing, cut in half.
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
2T Coconut Oil
1/4c Pumpkin Puree
1t Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/4c Heavy Cream
A splash of Torani sugar free french vanilla syrup (too much will overpower the pumpkin)
Handful of ice cubes (or two depending on how thick you want it)
1. Combine all ingredients and mix in your bullet blender.
2. Pour into two glasses.
